The Sweet Reason Gisele Bündchen, Tom Brady's Wife, Does Not Like Being Called A Stepmom

Tom Brady, New England Patriots Quarterback, and Gisele Bündchen have three children. Gisele is the biological mother of their two youngest kids, Benjamin and Vivian, she is the stepmother of their oldest son, Jack, and she hates that term. During a Q&A session in February, she went into detail.

She doesn’t like the term “Stepmom” when speaking of Jack whom Tom shares with actress Bridget Moynahan. Gisele said she prefers the term “Bonus Mom” because she feels like he is a blessing in her life. She feels so lucky that she can have an extra wonderful angel in her life!

A follower asked her how she manages family time when both she and Tom are so busy. She said her family of five is able to operate so smoothly together. She doesn’t think there is any secret recipe but she thinks they just try their very best to be present with the kids when they are with them. To be fully there with them and really listen to what they have to say. It’s not so much the amount of time but the quality of time.

She thinks what is really important is the energy that surrounds the children. When they see we are constantly giving them kisses and hugs, they see how much we love each other and how much we support each other. They never raise their voices, never have serious arguments, they just talk things over if there is a problem. The energy of the house is loving and safe.
